  Del Webb Amenity Center- Providence    During the spring of 2007 Maxwell Roofing & Sheet Metal was awarded this new construction by D.F. Chase, Inc. Construction. Specified for an alternate system, Maxwell worked closely with the project manager to design an alternate roofing system that was to be more service friendly. The accomplished sheet metal shop at Maxwell Roofing designed and custom fabricated the copper detailing on the entrance tower as well as the cupola on it and another building. Finishing the job in near the winter of 2007, Maxwell Roofing completed 253 squares of Certainteed Shingles, mounted 850 square feet of costume copper detailing, and installed 14,000 square feet of Firestone TPO Roofing System.
