  Encore    The Encore is one beautiful building across from the new Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Standing at 20 stories high, the urban residential structure, towers over the Downtown Nashville Cityscape. Awarded this phenomenal skyscraping project in 2007, Maxwell Roofing was challenged on new levels. The plans and specifications called for the building to be topped with numerous electrical penetrations and HVAC units. Our skilled professionals took all into consideration, planned and proceeded to install the Siplast Roofing System on over 20,700 square feet of the sky high edifice. This new construction project was headed by Brasfield and Gorrie.
