Nikki Provenzano

One of the best parts about working in the commercial roofing industry is getting to see the interesting paths that people take before joining our team at Maxwell Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. While some of our employees have grown up in the industry, others on our team come from diverse career paths and experiences. Nikki Provenzano, our newest Sales Account Manager, is a perfect example.

A native of Florida, Nikki attended Stetson University Honors College and majored in political science and English. She then went on to study crime scene technology at Palm Beach State College. After college, she joined the corporate team at Chick-Fil-A, where she traveled across the Southeast serving as a Grand Opening Trainer and Director for 12 years. Nikki fell in love with Nashville while training employees at various locations in the city. In 2021, Nikki joined a residential roofing company in Florida to use her relational skills in a different career before the desire to move to Tennessee pulled her back to Nashville.

What Stands Out About Maxwell Roofing

Nikki officially joined Maxwell’s team in the spring of 2023 after exploring and interviewing with several roofing companies in Nashville. From the very first interview, Nikki knew that Maxwell Roofing was the right fit — especially after recognizing Maxwell’s reputation in the industry and noteworthy distinction as a female-led company.

Seeing other women in the roofing field is rare, and watching Kathleen successfully running the team is such an inspiration,” she described. “I also wanted to choose a company that had longevity in the Nashville area and was family-owned. Maxwell Roofing checked both of those boxes for me.

Making Roofing Relational

In a few short months, Nikki’s personality and experience have become valuable assets for our sales team. She enjoys working alongside our other sales associates to collaborate around ideas and potential solutions for Maxwell Roofing’s clients.

I think what I love most about our sales team is that we each have a different background before starting in roofing — including retail and food service,” Nikki said. “Having such diverse backgrounds helps us bring something different to the table.

Nikki works with clients ranging from small business owners to property managers of high-rise buildings and everyone in between. Getting to meet the different types of commercial business leaders across Nashville has become one of the highlights of her job. Her relationship-first approach perfectly fits the customer-oriented culture Maxwell Roofing has cultivated after nearly 70 years of business across our city.

Yes, I am in sales — but at the end of the day, I am really just striving to provide a solution for the clients’ needs and taking care of them like I would a close friend,” Nikki shared. “I want to make roofing less transactional and more relational!

Personal Hobbies

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting, camping, foraging, and anything that involves exploring the outdoors. Growing up, her family visited the Great Smoky Mountains National Park each year, so she enjoys being close to her favorite place on earth. One day, she hopes to complete a major section hike of the Appalachian Trail — if not the entire thing!

We’re excited to have Nikki on the team and look forward to seeing the value she’ll bring to our clients. You can meet more of the faces behind the Maxwell Roofing team here.
